Israel Tour Consultation

I help pastors & ministry leaders design and execute a dream Israel trip without overwhelm.

A trip to Israel is one of the most formative experiences you can offer your people.

It’s also far more complex than most pastors and ministry leaders expect.

There is a huge number of moving parts:

There’s the tour leader — the pastor or speaker guiding the spiritual experience.

There’s the Israeli guide, who effectively directs the entire day-to-day flow.

Then there are drivers, operators, hotels, restaurants, site coordinators.

The countless logistical details that shift constantly once you’re on the ground.

Don’t even get me started on cultural nuances and the complexity of the region itself.

All of this has to work together while you’re guiding people through an experience that is often transformative and deeply personal.

Most leaders step into this without realizing how much they’re about to juggle.

They’re trying to process Israel themselves — often for the first time — while also caring for participants who are encountering the land, the culture, and the Scriptures in completely new ways.

Its a lot.

Most ministry leaders don’t have the time, experience, or on-the-ground knowledge to manage this well — and they shouldn’t have to.

For more than a decade, I’ve helped pastors and ministry leaders plan and lead Israel tours that are thoughtful, well-paced, and carefully executed.

You focus on leading your people and experiencing Israel for yourself.
I’ll take care of the rest.

Where Israel Tours Can Miss the Mark

Many Israel tours are simply too big and too fast.

Multiple buses. Tight schedules. Endless site checklists. Large groups moving quickly from place to place with very little space to slow down and absorb what they’re seeing.

I once asked a tour participant about a site she’s seen in Jerusalem. She said, “I don’t know…there were a lot of rocks and it was so rushed I don’t know what I was looking at.”

People return home with great photos and full notebooks, but not always able to hold what they experienced.

Israel deserves better than that.

Many tours live in a curated “bubble” and miss out on the vibrant culture and beautiful people of Israel.

I’ve heard from people who “saw Israel” and never had a conversation with a local, never ate a meal outside their hotel buffet.

No way.

A thoughtful tour should create space for participants to feel the land, engage local people, and process what they’re learning.

How I Support Pastors & Ministry Leaders

For many years I served as the bridge between tour leaders and all of the moving parts behind the experience — guides, operators, hotels, drivers, and local partners.

That role taught me how Israel tours actually work.

I also lived in Israel for a few years.

I know the rhythm of the land.

I understand the cultural nuances.

I know how to work with Israeli guides while helping pastors keep their leadership voice.

And I’ve seen what people truly need in order for the trip to become meaningful rather than overwhelming.

My goal is simple:

To help pastors and ministry leaders design the kind of Israel experience they hope for — and then execute it with excellence (and a little flourish).

I handle the complexity so you can focus on shepherding your people.

That includes thoughtful pacing, trusted guides, excellent hospitality, and attention to the details that shape the overall experience.

I assist with:

• Itinerary design and booking
• Coordination with trusted Israeli vendors & tour operators
• Pre-trip preparation and education
• On-the-ground teaching and cultural context
• Support for your group throughout the entire experience

Israel is way too important to be experienced through a rushed, oversized tour.

Done well, it becomes something people carry with them for the rest of their lives.
